DVD FIRM Sculpting

Not a very good run.  I included all my stops and walking.  Stopped to fix my shoelaces, then stopped to fix my shoes.  My little brother called and needed sisterly advise, so I walked about 1/2 mile and talked to him.  My legs just felt dead, maybe cause I did weights before the run...mental note!  At least I did it!

Took it easy today, did some work in the yard with my wishing well...it's about halfway done, think I need to get more rocks though.  Anyway, just did a little swim at Eileens today...only because she called and asked, couldn't stay long but I enjoyed our quick visit.

TRIANGLE ORTHO SPRINT!

Had a strong bike.

Run & Swim need some improvement...I'm still building my run fitness from the time taken off from surgery, but now that I can trust my knee not to re-injure, I'm going to start working harder.

What can I say about the swim...LOL, I've never been a fast swimmer, I'll get to that eventually...maybe some lessons and someone that can analyze my pitiful stroke.

Overall I had an AWESOME time with my Tri-Warrior buds!!! Really good timeLaughing

Working out has been a bit challenging lately. I've been watching my nephew for the past few days, so it's been a 4 kid thing lately and Dan has been flying some nights in addition to his reg hours. But my friend and neighbor came through for me, and I was able to get a little brick workout in this morning.  Cool
