My body is telling me to take a break. Not sure why, but it's just not cooperating with me.  Rest today, gonna do yoga tomorrow and hopefully by Thursday I can get in a good bike ride.  This is NOT good timing cause I have Washington 50 next Sat., then Woodlake the next Sat, and for some strange reason decided to add Kure beach to the mix for the following weekend!Surprised

Got up early with the boys and headed out to White Lake to cheer for friends and Warriors!  Had a great time! Tried to volunteer but they said they were "good" ( I think the redheads might have scared her!)  Took the boys over to Goldston's Beach so they could play a bit, started to sprinkle a bit harder so we headed back home.

Would definitely like to do this race next year and the lake itself is just beautiful!

Need to get motivated again!  I didn't want to run this morning, but I thought about my friend Shelly out there doing her Half and decided to stop procrastinating and get out there and do it.  Isn't one of my faster runs, but it felt good.

Ugggh! Felt terrible today!  My oldest brought home this 24hr tummy bug thing.  I didn't have it as bad as he did, but it was enough to make this run truly suck. My run yesterday was fairly awful too!Yell   But, I should be able to eat fairly normal tomorrow and might even give myself a rest day...but my rest days usually end up with me cleaning house and doing laundry like a crazy woman.

Ready to feel perky again !
