I ran the first 4 miles with Rachel. She is doing the NYC Marathon next weekend. after she turned around I ran out to East Vail. It was all up hill out so I figured coming home would be downhill and easy. I was wrong. The headwinds battered me for the entire 9 miles home. It really sucked. I was barely able to run under 10 min per mile. I am starting to get a little irritated by the weather.
