WU: 15' nice smooth spinning
MS: Then shift into a the big chain ring and into a gear that allows you to spin at about 65-70 RPMs. You will spin 4x10 minutes in this gear - HR should be mid-high Z2 - recovery will be 5' easy between sets - you will probably see HR drift into Z3 - keep the cadence up - this is where you build strength.

Bike ride today.  First time on it since I had the re-fit.  Also put a spacer on the cassette on my training wheel so now it doesn't jangle like a prancing Chihuahua.  Still need to get the race wheel checked out.  It has a disturbing clicking noise.  I think the spokes may need a little tightening.  If I can't get it fixed, does anyone out there want to donate a nice disc wheel?  Nah?  Didn't think so.

August 21

Day off today!  I'm actually going to enjoy it, too.

Hopefully, I can get my bike re-fit this afternoon.  Getting re-fit tomorrow.  I'm having some problems with the "good" knee that have cropped up after Saturday's saddle slippage.

Have a great day BT!
