This was suppose to be my rest day but it was bike to work day so I didn't want to miss that.

Also did a preview of the Saratoga Du course just to see what it was like.

Didn't push hard at any point during the day.

Really felt like I made some good strides today in my swimming. I know that sounds weird since I really didn't do any drills but I've been feeling discouraged about my time and distance in the pool lately so this helped.

Was an easy run, I probably pushed it a little harder than I should. But I was just taking my time, could feel the right IT band a little bit more than I would have liked.

Got home did lots of stretching, more than the norm and it feels a bit better now. I need to stay more on top of that so it doesn't because a serious problem.

I really tried to go harder and now just relax in the pool but to give a good workout on the pulls. I think I've been a little lazy when doing pool workouts in the past and realized it over the weekend.
