My time is horrible, but when you have to wait constantly for the water buffalo's to do their thing that will happen. No worries though, I'm very pleased with the distance, by far a PR!

Was suppose to get a bike in today but that didn't happen. I was pressed for time as it was and then I went to change the tire out and the valve extender fell into the wheel! ARGH! So that killed any chance I had.
It's not the end of the world, it was a z1-2 easy spin for an hour to recover the legs a bit.
In other news...I lost 2lbs in one day with this new restricted diet. Yes, I'm hungry but my body is starting to adapt to it and I just need to make sure I keep eating small meals and the right food. I will need to up the quantity of food though as it's not enough to keep me fueled. I'll work on that as some time goes bye.

Opened up the legs a bit on this run and it felt great. Haven't pushed hard like that in a while so it was nice.
I'm starting a 'diet' today...although I don't really call them diets...more lifestyle changes. But this one is going to starve me I think. Phase 1 is 10 days long and we shall see how it goes.
So far I've had breakfast and I'm starving! I want to not lose weight but more self control over what I eat as well as mental discipline.

I don't have all the exact data on this run as the garmin died part way. :(
Going up Northline Road I was able to sustain an under 10 minute pace for it so I was pretty happy with that.
Otherwise it was a pretty relaxed run and the humidity was OFF the charts.
Bicep, tricep work with some push ups at the end.
