This was actually a rough run. My legs have no recovered from the ride on Saturday. :( I really struggled with it and they just felt heavy.

Didn't really feel like I could catch my breath either.


Ran into this on my run on a bike path I decided to check out.
Doesn't seem like much but it was tough to get through with my height!


Ran downtown ballston spa a little bit and saw
Matt's car so I decided to have a little fun while I was out there.

I was suppose to run tonight but my schedule got jacked up with my bike and I wasn't able to leave it at the shop.  So I wasn't about to go for my run and leave my bike on my truck.  ARGH!

Man we got trounced in the rain! It rained all day from the moment we started.

We got a little bit lost on the first loop with missing road signs, street names that weren't even labeled, to names that were different than what showed on the maps. We still did ok thought. :)

The second loop I did by myself and was really struggling once I got to 80+ miles. I've only done 76 before so this was a HUGE jump for me.

Went through 5 bottles of Infinit and I think that did the trick for me. But I was getting hungry, next weekend I'll bring a sandwich and see how that works for having a solid.

I was a little nervous when I got back and knowing how long it took me...I thought it was going to be gut check time for LP. I don't have 7 hours to do the LP course, I want to do it in 6-6:30. But when I looked at the Garmin data and saw that I did a TON more climbing than what the LP course has I was a bit relieved.

First open water swim. It was suppose to be 800 yards but the buoys kept moving so we have NO idea how far we actually went lol. It was well over 800 we do know that!

Just wanted the workout entered into my training log even though the data is sketchy.
