Another very hot and humid day and I figured i needed to go a bit longer today than normal so I did a B street loop. Took it easy since I was rather sore after the Saucon Rail Trail 10K yesterday, (not sure why so sore, two OLy tris in August with harder run legs, not sure but flat and slow 10K yesterday, sore. Drenched in sweat at end despite the esay effort.

Day 153: Night NASCAR race, puppy dog parks and walks, shopping, and a 10K tomorrow morning just made me lazy. Only a 60 sec plank

Cycling class was cancelled due to the long weekend, parking lot was half closed due to repaving, and the pool was closed due to maintenance, so only able to do an hour ride in the wellness center on the spin bike. But I did get to watch Saturday morning catoons! :)

Friday before a long holiday weekend. Not the most productive day I can remember. Had to find the post office and then drove over to Valley Forge National Park and ran the Multi Purpose loop. Didn't feel good early, felt great from 2 miles on.
