Waited out the rain and then encountered a downed power line from the storm so had to detour up Igou Gap and back down Genoa and then did the other side on way back . Very humid!

Got done with training and came back and crashed for two hours and then did another Hamilton place loop, this time in the opposite direction. Hot day but we did have a breeze blowing

Monday - August 18

Had a long day after some not great sleep and then had to charge up my phone and then went for a run. Did a Jefferson loop and it was a very heavy traffic day. Had to stop about 5-6 times. Wasn't worried about going fast but the stop and start thing can get annoying. Estimate on the time since didn't take the Iphone with me since it looked like it was about to rain.

Got up a little too late to do a double cycling class so I ran 5 miles on the track. Easy steady pace and didn't try and race the fast guy.

Cycling class with Byron and Michele! A lot of high tempo and surges with some hill work thrown in. Really good workout. 223 watt average and a few heavy hill sprints (20 sec each) where I hit 506 watts.

Day 138: Had to pick up Adrian so cut my workout short and then gave blood. They said no strenuous exercise so I keep my plank to 60 secs.
