Glow run 5K. 10.5 hr drive to Knoxville Jog to expo from hotel, eat and run. 8th place out of 800 total participants in both Glow Run and Walk. But was a fun run.

Final .18: due to all the walkers and not wanting to run over people at the finish.

Good run Come out to a 21:25 5K if right distance and no dodging kids. Started well back and ran easy before picking up the pace and moving to the front. Had 1 person pass me the whole race.

Monday and it was lunch before I even turned around. Summer weather is already upon us 86 and humid after maybe 1 week of spring. Did a nice smooth River to Bridge loop going down Jefferson. Was nice going into the wind but it was really hot. Still felt good first run after face planting in Hershey. Good run
