Thursday before Memorial date long weekend. Feels like everyone has already checked out. Had a call with HQ that they didn't bother telling us lowly actors about, and then worked through Ginna's items from yesterday and then boom it was lunch. Was very dark and forboding but I hit the road anyway since once i got going i was going to be wet anyway. Did a Bst Loop in the 72 degree 78% humidity day and the humidity beat me up. Wasn't trying to go fast but felt like I was going at a good tempo but the clock said otherwise. Oh well.

Wednesday. Overcast and grey day and all sorts of things coming up left and right to distract me from my primary tasks. Got to lunch and ran out the door before something else grabbed me. Did a River Loop going up Jefferson. Good smooth run and legs are starting to feel better.
