Got up plenty early but Adrian just couldn't get his ass out of bed and I ended up being about 7 min late for my 9:00 am cycling class so I called an audible and ran on the track instead. 10 miles on a 13 lap per mile track. Good steady pace felt good until my right glute tightened up the last mile and a half.

Got downstairs to the pool and sat in the hottub to loosen up my glute and then noticed the pool got empty. SOme kid pooped in the pool during swim lessons and the pool was closed until 11:15. So only got to knock out a Half Rev swim. ERRR

EP Drill, which went all the way through lunch and torrential rains all day which flooded the Perk Trail and made my commute hell, and a dog who seems to enjoy the rain. By the time my ride rolled around I was ready. 40K at a good pace early and oicking it up listening to spotify and playing a semi decent game of poker finishing 9th for my second final table appearance in the last two games. Good ride.

Tuesday, windy and overcast/grey all day long but the rain held off...until I went downstairs to change, got changed anyway and then it was really raining and wind and cold so went back and changed. Fortunately it never stopped the rest of the day so I didn't have to feel bad. So I did a 2 hour trainer session instead tonight. Played 2 games of poker the 9:20 freeroll (40th) and a game of speed poker (5th). Stuck at a good quick tempo the whole way. Felt good.

Very nice Monday. Sun was up when I got up to walk the dog. Issued two reports and am all set for my AAM, no stress and nice 60 degree day. Unfortunately the rest of the week doesn'y look very promising, so even though my left calf/ achilies was bothering me Sunday and today, I decided to do a nice easy run to loosen it up. Good call. Did an easy River Loop going down Jefferson and my achilies loosened up nicely and felt great afterwards. Caught up on my logging last night after getting nearly two weeks behind so last 2 weeks don't have alot of details. Sorry.
