6:15am Ab Lab

I got up early this morning and was sitting on a spin bike at 5:15am!!! After the 1 hour spin class, I went to the 30 min Ab Lab.  I was home by 7:00 to get the kids up for school. What a way to start the morning.

Nice cool run at lunch. Went by myself, no one else wanted to brave the cold. Not a bad run.

Ab Lab 30 min & Boot Camp 1 hr

I am playing hooky from work today to spend time with Bonnie. We will get some working out done.

 Bonnie and I did a 30 min ab lab then stayed for a 1 hr boot camp (50/50 cardio/endurance training). Boot camp was almost completely Ironman training stuff....a very good class....

Then we went to a different YMCA to swim. I did a "short" 40 lap swim, it was enough after the 2 classes this morning.

Bonnie and I spent the evening at Houston Racing Triathlon Club meeting. Sat with Robert (tag) and Lisa (lisaj1).

OK folks, it is time to start the infamous Memorial Park bricks again!!

Looks like Tuesdays are for me. All other days are filled with other family and workout obligations. Let me know if there is a better day for you, I might be able to move things around. It will be around 6:30 before I am there and ready to ride.
