Plan for today:

Today's swim was good, water was very cool and refreshing.
20 mile ride/5mile run brick after work Done
I good workout, lots of people tonight. Bonnie and I met Luke and Kylie, Jim, Tammy, Lisa & Micheal (Cmikul).
Bonnie and I rode 20 miles together, then ran a 5 miler together too. It is nice to have a (training partner) that is equal in all areas of this sport. About 2 miles into the run I started having some GI issues and had to stop for a few mins, thank God for facilities in the park!!!
This was a good workout with some people with old friends and new.

Bonnie and I rode this morning with Tammy. There was a some strong headwind at times on the way out. Coming back I was able to ride 25-28mph (with the tail/cross wind).
Bonnie and I turned it into a brick with a 3 mile run. She beat me back by about 5 seconds this time. My legs were spent from going out hard on the bike.
A good workout day!
