To and from Chiro. I haven't been to my chrio in about 3 years and today confirmed to me why I used to call him Jesus. The man is a miracle worker!

blah... tired this morning and I didn't get a ride in yesterday. Not the end of the world though. My knee is giving me grief and more rest for it can't be a bad thing. The rest of my body really wants to go though! Seeing the Chiro tonight to see if he can figure out what the issue is.

So the weather network is saying 10C and sunny today. I was hoping to get in a ride outside. However all I see at this point is wet and cloudy. One way or another (trainer or outside ) I will fit in about n hour long ride. It the weather turns for the better I plan on taking our dog to the beach.
Slept in and missed swimming today. I might try to make it up later. Ended up doing about 5 hours of work around the house today. No workouts. I will probably try and get in a short ride tomorrow.
