blah... tired this morning and  I didn't get a ride in yesterday.  Not the end of the world though.  My knee is giving me grief and more rest for it can't be a bad thing.  The rest of my body really wants to go though!

So the weather network is saying 10C and sunny today.  I was hoping to get in a ride outside.  However all I see at this point is wet and cloudy.  One way or another (trainer or outside) I will fit in about n hour long ride.  It the weather turns for the better I plan on taking our dog to the beach.
