Season The Fourth
February 12

It took me a long time to get my HR under control while running in the park. I'm usually better at gauging my efforts up the hilly portions, but I couldn't get out of Z3 for the first 30 minutes or so of the run. I've been seriously considering changing to the gold plan and dumping the plan I'm on now. I think I've bit off more than I can chew. My legs are so dead right now they're no good to me. Sore Kupo.

Slept terrible last night Kupopo. Worked a long day, slept on the train and yet managed to put together a decent swim nonetheless.

Kept the run in Z2 Kupo. Fast for that HR. I'm supposed to bike late tonight. Reminder to concentrate on diving the hand in earlier and gliding.
Had a pleasant late night recovery swim.

Considering how sore and tired I am, this was a quality lesson swim.
I did some yeoman's work with the right arm glide entry this week as well as the pushing the left arm behind me. I learned some new drills to focus this next week on changing the hand angle halfway through the stroke. Here's the end of the lesson workset where I swam 6 x 100 on 1:50.
