Considering how sore and tired I am, this was a quality lesson swim. Cool I did some yeoman's work with the right arm glide entry this week as well as the pushing the left arm behind me. I learned some new drills to focus this next week on changing the hand angle halfway through the stroke. Here's the end of the lesson workset where I swam 6 x 100 on 1:50.

It took me a long time to get my HR under control while running in the park. I'm usually better at gauging my efforts up the hilly portions, but I couldn't get out of Z3 for the first 30 minutes or so of the run. I've been seriously considering changing to the gold plan and dumping the plan I'm on now. I think I've bit off more than I can chew. My legs are so dead right now they're no good to me.
