Recovery week Kupo.
Easy run in the park with mainly Z2 and a bit of Z3 work. Short swim tonight w/ a Tempo effort for 950yd, which I wish I had done an extra lap and made 1000yds. I swam it at 1:50/100yd pace. My strokes per 25 were mostly 11 or 12. I will look up tomorrow how this compares to my last timed TT. If I give myself an additional 55s for the missing lap my total time would be 18:24.
February 13
Recovery wk. Changed to Gold Kupo plan. That should be less stressful for me. Got some notes from swim coach in email:

February 12
Considering how sore and tired I am, this was a quality lesson swim.
I did some yeoman's work with the right arm glide entry this week as well as the pushing the left arm behind me. I learned some new drills to focus this next week on changing the hand angle halfway through the stroke. Here's the end of the lesson workset where I swam 6 x 100 on 1:50.
