More swimming Kupo. Main set was a 4 x 500yd alternating paddles. Times were: 9:18, 9:07, 9:11, 8:35 w/ 45s rest b/t. The last is a 1:43/100yd pace. Punched it in the face.

Hard 3t, 2r intervals run today Kupo. At least I suffered through them.
I'm still feeling the effects of the stomach sickness from this past weekend.
I swam tonight. My data is telling me I did a straight 1400yd in 25m10s which works out to 1:47/100yd. I keep scratching my head because this seems too good to be true. That's -3s rate vs the 1000yd TT I swam on Feb 14. This is a great result for me.
