Nice run Kupo. Much hotter than it usually is in March. HR square in Z3. Left knee bothersome. Legs fatigued from biking yesterday. Long run for the week completed. Huzzah.
Swimming tonight was tremendously difficult. I had almost no gas in the tank at all. I did a few short quick spurts. I swam a 400 in 7:00 a 200 in 3:34 and another 200 in 3:15. The last one is the fastest 200 I have recorded, so I'll take it.

Rode three loops fairly hard in the park. Avg speed of 19.7 on the laps. On the second lap a speed blader joined me and I pulled him all the way down the west side. We flew as I hammered. It was super cool Kupo. Lots of onlookers pointing and wowing.
Here's a graph of the power breakdown over time. The first and last are ignorable as they are me warming up and cooling down on the ride up and back. The ones to pay attention to are the middle ones. You can see that they're basically even in terms of amount of power and duration which shows that I didn't lose power over time.

Ran. Experienced heart palpitations Kupopo. After having constricted breathing. Still not feeling right about it the next day.
Long swim later in the day. Swam 2100yds, which is the HIM distance. Finished in 38m38s which works out to 1:50/100yd. Considering I was going medium pace, I'm happy with this result.
