Hard 3t, 2r intervals run today Kupo. At least I suffered through them.
I'm still feeling the effects of the stomach sickness from this past weekend.
I swam tonight. My data is telling me I did a straight 1400yd in 25m10s which works out to 1:47/100yd. I keep scratching my head because this seems too good to be true. That's -3s rate vs the 1000yd TT I swam on Feb 14. This is a great result for me.

I have too many mechanical problems with my bike Kupopo. My chain came off and got caught inside the sprocket by the spokes and bent a couple of the spokes. Now the wheel is totally spinning weird and I need to take it to the shop. The tension in the spokes is probably ok, they are just a bit bent out of shape. My left calf did not feel great by the end of this ride. It was unhappy with me. I'm thinking this is on account of the running yesterday as well as the biking last night. I kept the ride in the Z2 and lower Z3 zones the whole time except for one or two occasions when hill climbing.
Here's a plot of HR vs Time showing that I spent the bulk of the time < Z4.

Long run. Saw the new Disney cruise ship leaving port from next to the Intrepid. I stopped for a few minutes and watched. It made about 10 Disney song sounds with its horn Kupo. It made me giggle. Did a nice job running in Z3 at a quick clip.
