CF: Supposed to be 5-5-5-3-3-3 split jerk. I was having severe quad pain after the third set so I switched to just shoulder press then.
Split jerk: 65, 75, 85
Shoulder press: 65, 70X2, 65
Meh.
Then a short met con of 3 rounds for time:
10 jumping clapping pull ups
10 clapping push ups
3 something minutes
The push ups I did first two sets "girl" and last set "boy."
I have 5 and 6 grade v-ball camp and 7 and 8 grade camp and before that each day I have MSCL (strength and conditioning) camp. Today after camp I have a few hours of work then JV league. Then I am supposed to ride. I'm beat and it's only 12:51.

My team was Phil and me and we lost by a few minutes, but I did baby kipping ring dips vs. Becky's jumping ring dips so I think it's still good. =)

WOD at the St. Louis elementary school day of the wedding:
20 minutes AMRAP of: 5 pull ups, bear crawl about 40 feet, 10 burpees, walking lunge about 40 feet, 15 push ups (boy ones). I did 10 pull ups for my last two rounds.
I got 3 full rounds done and everything but the lunges and push ups done on the fourth.
