CF: Worked on pull ups and ring dips. New PR's on both. Got 4 pull ups consecutively and new depth on ring dips.
Then did this WOD:
Dead lift tabata - 8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest doing as many dead lifts as possible and recording the total number. Total was 30 reps using 135#.
High school camp this week, after MSCL (coaching lifting/conditioning), after my own workout. Then I go to work. Then tonight I coach JV league.

WOD at the St. Louis elementary school day of the wedding:
20 minutes AMRAP of: 5 pull ups, bear crawl about 40 feet, 10 burpees, walking lunge about 40 feet, 15 push ups (boy ones). I did 10 pull ups for my last two rounds.
I got 3 full rounds done and everything but the lunges and push ups done on the fourth.

I have no idea how long we rode b/c it was the taco ride and we stopped all the time. =) But it was fun.
