So got up this morning to do CF but my body just said "No, you are soooo tired you can't get to bed early the rest of the week and you do NOT want to get sick or injured NOW..." so I went back to bed.  I'm riding after work.

Same route as last week only started about 5 miles further out and therefore skipped the GIGANTIC HILLS we started and ended with last time. Which was nice. We still had some but not soul-crushing ones...=) Today was windier than last time.
