Went really light today because I don't want to be sore for RAGBRAI.

50 Thursters (15# DB each hand)
40 Double Unders
30 KB Swings (1 pood = 35#)
20 Walking Lunges with 25# Bumper Plate Overhead
10 Burpees

I have NO idea the time. I made that time up to reflect what MIGHT have been my pace. Haha. HILLS!!! HILLLLLS! (Or, as BeCivil would say "heel") All I know is we rode a LOT OF HILLS.
RAGBRAI DAY ONE:
TONS of people. TONS of stuff to learn. "Car up!" "Car back!" What's a pace line? "Bike on!" "Bike off!" Lines, lines, lines...pee in the cornfield, it's way faster...wow. Very fun!!!
