Felt like a good solid run

No motivation today especially with the light breeze. Once I got going felt better went ahead and went with the wind on the out and against on the way in. Never know what kind of weather you will get on race day.

Ride included 4X2min intervals w/2min Recoveries. These were against the wind and on was also up hill. Made it for a tough ride. Need to EMBRACE the PAIN. Ride back a lot easier.
