I always look forward to rest days-then feel guilty for resting. I had some sort of tightness in my groin/quad lat night and cut my run short by about 1 mile.
This coming weekend is a long weekend with a sprint tri on Labor Day. I will be re-shuffling my long ride/long run around to accommodate that. Not sure how exactly. I may ride home from Plano after racing (55 miles) if Mimi is able to take me to Plano early. If not I'll do my long run Monday evening and long ride on Saturday as usual that leaves Sunday with just a long swim, 3500 meters.
