Warmup before the race
Duathlon run-1. A little quicker than I had intended.
Course was advertised as 20k, but I am pretty sure it was shorter than this. Comfortably hard pace.
Duathlon run-2. A little slower than I had intended. REALLY wanted to go after the guy from my age group that passed me with about 1.2 to go. I don't think I could have kept up with him, but it would have been fun to try. Saving it for next Sunday.
4th in age group 11th overall. A new Sprint Du PR, but I am pretty sure the bike was short. I didn't bother taking splits so I will have to wait until results are posted.
