Not being able to leave well enough alone, still tinkering w/R/W splits, ended up doing something along the lines of 11/1/10/2/9/3, etc, actually worked nicely for me.
5/2 R/W splits the whole way, felt really pretty darn good, wish I'd had more time. Can't wait for my idiot bag to get here so I can stop having to carry my water bottle.
Gonna finish off the abs challenge w/an even 100 a day. :)
OK, have now completely made up for bad behaviour last week on the challenge. Kick up to 95 tomorrow for the final week!
Just a complete spaz the first 15 minutes, settled into 5/2s for the last 35 minutes and it rocked.
