Men fear me, women want me... No, wait...

Off work today, never got conscious enough to realize that the alarm clock was going off for a *reason* and missed the gym - [insert multiple curse words here] will attempt again this evening...
Wore the HRM overnight to get a decent resting heart rate, since trying to do it within 15 minutes of waking up is near impossible because I either forget, or the HR gets kicked up because I spend the first 5 minutes throwing animals off the bed...
It's pretty spiffy though, and quite comfy so I don't see any problems w/it while working out. High of 113 (must have been some cat tossing going), low of 30, and average of 64.
Be interesting to see where it is at the end of January once I've been back in the gym regularly for 3 weeks and the holiday psychosis is over. :-D

Slowly...losing...my...mind...
Haven't gotten out of the house for anything besides moving or work since Wednesday. That's a long time when you're normally just come and go as you please.
HRM arrived this week, will be at the gym tomorrow morning (thank god), be interesting to see how it works out.

GOOD LUCK TODAY, CHIPPY!!!!!!!
Have another hour to get as much boxed up and move to uncarpeted areas in the house - problem being I am going to run out of uncarpeted areas before I run out of boxes I think... Were it not for the fact that I have to be back at the house with dinner in hand by 7 I would just pull and all nighter and be done with it - instead it looks like I'll be back painfully early tomorrow to finish things off...
Not dead or in jail yet... It's exceptionally difficult to adjust to having people in your house when you've lived alone for the past 5 years. I've already gotten in trouble for being out too late the other night. Training is sketchy at best right now, but I'll get it worked out somehow, just reminding myself this IS temporary and I WILL recover... More moving today - new carpets go in tomorrow so today is "Oh, shit, quick, just shove it in an uncarpeted area!"

Had an "Wow, I'm a dumbass" moment today... We have a mini gym in my building - all I have to do is get my badge activated for it and I can actually workout at lunch. (Due to what I do, I'm actually limited to an actual hour, so no running off to my own gym) Yes, I'll be getting that taken care of tomorrow. (Never really thought about it cause I already have a gym...)
Have come to the conclusion that this month is just going to be screwy for training - do what I can, where I can, when I can...
