easy ride from my house to Lincoln and back.
Tested out Nutrition plan for IM and only stopped for water 3 times. Kept stops to under 2 minutes each.
Run Brick after bike. Just wanted to see how it felt. lol
I actually did very well. Started out at 8:30 pace and decided to hit some hills to see how I'd do. I definitely felt them and slowed down to around a 9:00 pace
