Good morning and Merry Christmas!! Had a good morning. Got toe covers, new look cleats, and tights. So I went for a cold wet ride. Also got some training money. Will put it towards a wet suit. The Newberg was really good last night. Got lots of good chocolate and goumet food for christmas. Could take a hit on the weight loss challenge this week. Hope ya all had a good christmas day!!

Down to see the lake and back 2.75 miles.

I made it, 100,000 yds total for the year. If some told me last year that I would have ridden over a 1,000 mile, ran at all let alone 100+ mile including 5K's and swim that far this time last year I'd have told them they were nuts. Thank to my brothers for starting the ball rolling. Thanks to this site for helping me continue. Thanks of course to Willie and Y for support. I have lost 50 pounds, dropped my bodyfat and reduced my resting heart rate to less than 55 bpm. Participated in a Sprint Tri, swim across the lake (1.25 miles), and 3-5Ks. I feel much better, clothes fit and feel better, diet has improved, and made some great new friends. Thanks again Y, My wife my life. Happy Holidays!
