Tomorrow needs to be a day of rest. Then a brick on saturday. Gotta bike and then run with Yoshi and maybe a ride after to start to get ready for the FBN DU. Starting to get excited and need to begin ramping up for it. The best ramp would be a down hill ramp in wieght. Will try hard to lose some more.

Well another goal in the pocket. Had a great race. My fastest 5K. That Chi seems to work. I had to focus a lot on form and will need to go back and review chapters, esp running downhill. I would do great going up passing this person that person, only to be passed on the downhill.
