Trail run at Baker
Another beautiful day out. This is where the curse of the windows suck. It's nice to have windows, especially great big ones, but now I have to look out and think of being on the bike non-stop. Have a good day.

We're back. Had a great time at the Woodclif, except the sleeping. The bed and room were good, it's just we had coffee late. Asked for decaf but I think it was regular. Tasted to good to be decaf. Had a good dinner of sword fish, shrimp bisque and seven layer chocolate cake. Got up this morning late and had the buffet. Two plates and dessert. We spent two hours hiking and some relaxing pool time. I'm going to hate getting on the scale tomorrow. Snook in a little ride. Thanks Yoshi. We stopped a looked at bathroom stuff as we are going to do that over soon. Then went and got ice cream. Yeah I know but probably won't eat anything the rest of the day. Hiking the gullies at Wood clif. Some pretty good up and downs. Yoshi and I had a good time, then got in the pool.

Lots of climbing. Having trouble with route finder at the moment probably my computer. 1400 feet of climbing.
Out with Yoshi and the dog before the ride.
No work today. Quote of the day less then a 1/2 into the the day. I was trying to talk Yoshi into the run she wanted to take. I told I needed to get back to rest for my bike ride later. She said "Yeah Yeah you can't rest in a TRI" (ouch).
Ran early with Yoshi then rode over to get my head shrunk. My therapist is having a hard time wrapping her brain around all the training. She likes I have goals. Guess you just have to Tri it.

Trail run with Yoshi and Sam
Little slow tonight. Nice rythem though. worked on finishing the stroke. Also tried to slow the breathing side and breath every fourth.
