Smile  Had a nice ride this morning.  Back is aching a little.  It feels good to be able to pedal up some of those grades.  Slow day around the house. Willie has a lots of homework and  paper due. 

I got my new Xterra Vortex wetsuit.  Look out mooseman.  Fits nice.  Being a shorter fat guy fit is always a problem.  Gotta wait a little till the lake warms a little.

I know there is no proven benefit from hypoxic training but it sure make you get everything out of every stroke. I did get 1-100yd swim in in 10 breaths, the rest were around 12-14. phew.
