Around Canandaigua lake and then some.
We met a 7:00am. Everybody on time. One carnation so Jackie who the race leader was. Nice class Mike. Mine carnation is somewhere on Parrish street. I tried. For some reason the ride to west lake road was a pain in the ass. It became when Ridgelake forgot his hanky or some thing. I think he was nervous as he had to return home for his bike shoes. About a mile out we hit the first warm up hill. Half way up I hear from KenJ "Are we there yet??" Dam kids. Not too much traffic on West Lake. Sorry Ridglake Foster's Hill (.3miles long) is not Millers (1.3 miles). As we get to Millers hill, Ridgelake says doesn't look to bad. Sorry this is just the prehill, there's more. Jackie drops into her granny gear right away. I called her a sissy. She still beat me up the hill. As we come to the true meat of the hill around the bend I hear some nasty moans. Jackie and RL make good work and push up. Slowly myself, Mike and Kenj roll up. Just to make it up that hill is feat. Good job to all of you. We leave Bopple hill off the route. I know Mike liked the senic views and stop to get some pictures. Lots of big S curve down hills lots of fun. Kenj has a small leak in his rear tire. Now I know why I spent $35 on a frame pump. We hit the rollers at the end of the lake and have some fun drafting and pace lines. We hit the last hill of about a mile moans and granny gears. Mike and Kenj were both starting to feel the hard workout they had on saturday. We have a great last leg. KenJ took us most the way home. I tried to talk into one more hill. Linclon hill the one in the FLtri. basically it was "bite me" Can't blame him. Fight traffic the rest of the way home. Can't get in the house since Father day prep is going on. Time for Coffee. Got a copy of I Run Therfore I'm Nuts. Thanks Willie.
