Easy ride with lots of concentration on candance over 100rpm's
Played SAG vehicle this morning. Got mike and air and coffee, and back on the road. Little yardwork and then a ride. Need to swim early tomorrow and run a little. Around the lake CW. Head winds from north at about 15-20mph right into a brick
Out WLR, big hill to start.
OWS. at Kershaw good size chopped developed.
May have screwed myself with the weather. Hard key workout day. 80' swim, 150'bike brick with a 15-minute run. Why can there be only two people in the entire and I run into him head first. Must be traking bouy's well. Swim felt good. The chop was about 1-2 feet. Good training.
Bike tonight barring thunder storms.
Good ride except head winds. I swear they were north and south. Not kidding in Middlesex the flags on the right side of the road were blowing north and the left they were blowing south.
Went right into the run. Little back pain.

Hills and headwinds. Felt good to out this early. Not early to a lot of you. Left house at 6:15am.
OK so tonight is the first night Sawbellies sponsored swim at Kershaw. We may get rained out. It will be at 7:00pm tues and fri. Friday there's ice cream. Don't know what the story at the house is tonight. hope to make it.
