Ride with Ken. Had to fight the dogs. We started up a hill, I heard the bark but thought we were by them. Took me a minute with the bad hearing to figure out where it was coming from. Then I see smoke coming out of Ken watt meter. The dog wanted him for sure. Wasn't paying attention to me till I threw the water bottle at it. Then it gave up and went home. I was able to turn and get water bottle back.
Really a run walk but I'll take jog as an average.
Willie is off to school late again. He is starting to rally well.
Painting today. Doors tomorrow. Then trim the shirt out of it.
Paint in main section done. We have to paint the hallway too. I'm taking it as incidental damage.

Headed out to do the duel road loop. WRONG. Detour. So went all over. Climbing felt good.
Will did spend three periods in school. He is doing OK. We started him on some antibiotic finally. He went in late so we will try that again tomorrow. He has to rally soon he has the senior ball this weekend. Project going well. Start painting tomorrow. Pick up doors and move on.

59 degrees was pushing it. Mike came down, so I won't look so dumb by myself standing in cold water.
After dinner run.
Will's face is OK today. He is still coughing. He tried school but couldn't hack it (hehe). His aide is coming over to do some home work and work on scholarships.
PS thanks for asking and thinking of him, everybody.

Will is still at home. He is a lot better but I think it has a little bit of senioritis.
Decided not to move stair case but need to re-arange the top flight a little. Got the other stuff framed out, dry walled and mudded.
No training today.
Willie took a header. He was playing tug-of-war and the guys at youth group had the rope wrapped around the chair they figure would come off easy. Well no. Over he went, I guess sideways. Got some serious road forehead.

He always looks that dopey.

Water temp 61 degrees.
Held Mike off till mile one of the run.
1:26:56. Splits said I had a 19.2 mph avg on bike. Ha and I am looking at a bike. RR soon. I gotta say I like being on the third page. Good placing for me but no hardware.
Got the day off no work around house. Smoking a pork loin.
