It's my birthday oops it's my colonoscopy day. That's no fun. I was going to start a thread, "What to do with a triathlete who can't eat for 24 hours".

Julie came down before work and hit the water with Sam and me. Little rough but we did well.
Just me, some rougher.
Morning. Wii age 42. Haven't been on that in a while. Shin hurt a little bit this mornign but seems to have loosened up some after the swim. Couple blisters to heal up after yesterdays run. Mega phone for Mike.
