Another broken ride. Started out out on the road. Half through hit a rock and got snake bit. Had a tube, CO2, and lever. No nozzle to get it in the tire Oh well call for SAG. Thanks Y. She kept apologizing. Finished on the rollers.
Oh nutrition on the Saturday ride. Fig newtons. One individula pack every hour. Sucked down 6 bottle of water and 2- gels for the caffine. I do have to learn to open the pack on the bike. One set went flying as I was trying to put the wrapper in my pocket.
Slept into today. Y got up and got Willie ready for therapy. He has his first couple college course TODAY! Need to get 100 minutes in on the bike tonight. May watch a movie on the rollers since its flat course. Will have to learn to stand on them.

Cool comfortable ride. Working on wiping the dog poop off the shoe.
Just out HR training. Working at keeping at 145 or so. Did ok with it. Hill hit 160 but flats came back down quickly.
