You can see with your own eyes. I got early. Learned the key to working out early. Get out of the bed, especially if your partner is asleep. Just a easy tready run. Should have been outside. I'm sorry outside I miss you.
went for a ride with Y in the snow. First she takes up hill for the first mile. That give us 177 feet of climbing. Then we turn to head home and soon you can't see a 1/4 down the road. Luckily we get to run back down that hill.
