All done for 2012 season. Two week break to recover prior to starting up with QT2. It's been a great year for PR's, training on my own: 470 miles run, 2682 rode, 210,000 yards swam. A bit nervous about IMLP and the training. Seems like the max month will be a total of 58 hours training verses this years 49 total hours. Going to be interesting!!
