I admit it .... I'm being a bum. I feel the fat collecting around my middle as I type this. It's nicely settling just above my beltline. (I'm not kidding!). I need some motivation people!!
I always have excuses it seems when my logs get lean. This last one is the start of our annual Missions Conference....we have 5 missionaries in from the Philippines(2), Belize, Lithuania, and Peru. It's pretty cool to hear their stories and what God is doing on their fields. So that's been a little distracting...
Someone offerred me a free bike...sounds like it's pretty old. But, he did take it on RAGBRAII (ride across Iowa). So it must not be too bad. I'm going to check it out. Hey, the best 4-letter word in the English language...FREE :-)
Now....how to get motivated....any ideas?
