Didn't get my long run in over the weekend so ran a little further this morning. Goal was to keep it under a 10mpm pace. Longest run so far with a pace under 10. Felt like I could have done a couple more :-)

Got talking to someone ... lost track of time. Think it was 45 minutes.

I'm happy with my times in the 100's. The first one was 1:48...it's fun to see the times gradually go down. Don't know how much more I have in me though.

OK...I'm on a shopping spree :-)

Bought a pair of tri shorts at the local bike shop.  Looked online for a couple of days.  But after paying shipping it would be about the price of buying them locally.  Decided to support the shop since they do a good job of customer service and have a good selection of "stuff".

WON'T try these on at home as my kids will harass me to no end!!!!!   First time they or my wife will see them will be at the race.   They even freak me out a little bit :-)

Finished final today, finance team meeting tonight, time to get back at it tomorrow....

Found a shirt that will work for racing...not a tri-top as such, but made out of the same material.  Basically a compression shirt....$9.99 at Dick's Sporting Goods. I love a deal  :-)

No training today or tomorrow....have a final to tomorrow and about 300 pages of reading to catch up on (what a procrastinator I am!)

10:12 "But this Man, after He had offered the sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,
