Nice ride -lots of hills - cruised around Clough State Park and took pictures of where the flooding was - Amazing! Park is still closed, although the water level is back to normal. Looks like they won't bother to open it this year...?

Brick run. I forgot to bring any gels on my ride. Had plenty of gatorade and water, but felt the effects of running out of fuel especially on the run. I found a old Zone bar at the bottom of my Bento Box and had that about 2 hours into my ride. Helped a lot, but obviously not enough.

Legs still tired, but starting to come back a bit. Worked hard coming home, trying to get more efficient running. Trying to eminate some of the folks that floated past me in the race the other night. So efficient - very little wasted movement....
