I went in to work early today. 7:30. I left work late today. 7. Those numbers work exactly the way you think. With my folks coming into town tomorrow...um, I have so much to do! This is going to be an interesting 22 hours from now until they get here...sleep, workout, work, clean house, pick up the 'rents at the 'port. Should be...interesting. Man, I'm too drained to write well...that's a bad sign. Time for sleep.
Gotta say I'm really glad I got so much done at work. I was a machine. Nobody can understand the enjoyment I get out of what I do right now...everyone should have a really crappy job straight out of college to appreciate what they get after that.

My grand plan was to break 2 miles...until I miscalculated and came up 220 yards short. Curses! Doesn't matter, my new goal is 2.5 miles in one session.
Felt good, and my legs are feeling strong. I realize I had been over-doing it in December on the bike, so I'm going to pull back on speed, go more for distance/time, and just try to enjoy it more. Once I figure out what iPod to get, I'm sure biking will be MUCH more interesting!

Early morning run, felt fine. Feeling much better.
My best friend emailed me after going quiet for over a month. He's over in Iraq, and I had been avoiding calling his dad because I was afraid of the worst. That really is a huge load off my mind...man, I'm glad he's okay.
