Willow Bend out and back

The knee didn't feel any worse today after the run last night, so I figured I'd keep going. Actually, it felt better today running than yesterday; hopefully it will slowly go away while I continue to run. I am leery of going over 20 mi/wk as is.

Easy run around the hood.

My knee is a bit messed up. It started about 3 days after I took my hiatus and has hurt since. I'm not sure what it's all about, but I'm going to run it and see what happens.

Comeback #2. I should have known that comebacks need to start on Monday.
