Back is feeling good enough to flip the turns; endurance is not. Completely killed myself on the 400 and had nothing left afterwards.

Back doing pretty good. The first few turns hurt, then I just took it really easy at the turns.

April 15

Back is probably good enough to have run, but I spent it's strength changing out the water pump of the Jeep in an athletic field parking lot where it had abandoned me yesterday.

This is really the first time I messed up my back since I blew the disk in '07. I forgot how awful it is. Doing a little better, though and may be able to run tomorrow.
