Believe there was a glitch with the HR...no way for 197.
Took a GU and 2 shot bloks at the start. Drank 22 oz NUUN.
Felt good overall.
Trainer ride...goal was to keep HR under 140.
Had a salt pill and 2 shot bloks at the start, another 2 shot bloks at 20 min and 1 gu at 40 min. Drank 40 oz NUUN right at the end of the ride. Feel really good...could have continued at this pace.

Well, took the wild child to the doctor on Tuesday...ended up in the hospital. They thought her appendix was going bad...ended up just being a virus that mimics the appendix. Glad they ran all the test and just observed her in the hospital. Did not like the pain she was in...really bad. We are now home again...now back to training. Of course as soon as we got home the electric went out. I'm ready for the dark cloud to leave the wild child.
Will take today as my off day and get some training in on Friday after the massage!

Trainer ride...pushed myself. Outside wind is over 25 mph with gusts above that...another storm is coming in...didn't want to chance it.
Drank 40 oz NUUN in 50 min...could have stretched it.

Not as smooth breathing to the left. Need to do some side drills. Overall, felt really good. Hungry after the swim.
Windy today...could tell it. First lap at 12:50 and the second lap at 12:15...no real reason for the slow first lap.
Had one gu at the start and drank 24 oz NUUN.

Very windy...both ways. Course was just rolling hills and some steep hills. Didn't do well on nutrition today.
Had 2 salt pills, 80 oz NUUN, and 4 gu gels.
