Trainer ride again...still wanting to take it easy on the knee. Knee felt ok...had to adjust the way I was pedaling some. The HR was low overall.
Drank about 110 oz NUUN, 4 gu gels, and one shot bloks. Need to eat food...was really hungry at the end. I will add pop tarts to the long rides and see how they work.

Left knee hurt some on pushing off the wall.
Rode the trainer. Left knee hurt a little at the start...had more problems with the right knee. Tried to keep the pace slower than 15.5 didn't work.

Swim felt good. Left knee hurt some...but not like Sat.

Ran and walked. Left knee still hurts. Felt worse on inclines, stepping up on curbs and running into the wind. It was windy today.

Left knee still hurts...had to watch kicking and pushing off the wall. Overall pleased with the time.

Trainer...weather just not good to go outside and ride...hate the rain.
Drank 40 oz NUUN...felt shaky at the end...no breakfast.
Left knee hurts running at 5 mph. I stayed around 4.8-4.9 mph. Drank about 24 oz NUUN and continued to taste dinner---even though I ate at 1530.
If my knee is not better on Monday I'll go to the doctor...can't afford an injury now.
Believe the high HR is due to the pain in the knee at 5 mph.

Right shoulder killing me...an old injury wanting attention...gutted the swim out.
Slow run...left knee hurt just a little. Could have continued this pace for a long time. Will do the long run on Friday.
