Gravel pond, North on the path to the stables and then back around the dirt path back to the gravel pond. Felt good.
I think the 3 day off did good for the muscle recovery
First OW Swim of the year.
Out to the last green buoy and back and then out to the sand bar and back.
Felt great to be out there again.

This was supposed to be 17 miles. I started getting sick on Thursdya. By late Friday it was moving into my chest.
I was hoping that it would kinda blow itself out as I got warmed up. Unfortunatelly that was not to be.
By the time I got into Waterton from the house I knew that it was not meant to be as the coughing got worse and more painful.
Decided to turn out to live and fight another day
