      Feeling slow and easy this morning. May have to readjust the routine,,,,rotating bike/run/bike/run consecutive days sometimes doesn't allow enough full recovery of the legs....need to change it up a bit again.....I see where Newberry has a half marathon March 22nd..maybe I will focus on that while continuing the swimming and the biking....this race is 3 weeks out from New Orleans..
